A WEM Managing Partner — not a sales representative — leads a 45-minute structured discovery call to understand your hiring needs, jurisdictional structure, and compliance constraints. شريك مُدير في WEM — وليس مندوب مبيعات — يقود مكالمة استكشاف منظّمة لمدة ٤٥ دقيقة لفهم احتياجاتك من التوظيف، وهيكلك القانوني، وقيود الامتثال.

• Map your hiring scope (roles, headcount, timeline)رسم نطاق التوظيف (الأدوار، عدد الموظفين، الجدول الزمني)

You can bring your own candidate. Three signatures lock everything in place: ثلاث توقيعات تثبّت كل شيء:

• Service Agreement between WEM and your entity — defining scope, fees, IP assignment, SLAاتفاقية الخدمة بين WEM وكيانك — تحدّد النطاق والرسوم والملكية الفكرية و SLA
• Employment Contract between WEM and each employee — Labour Law 14/2025 compliant, filed with Egyptian Labour Office per Article 30عقد العمل بين WEM وكل موظف — متوافق مع قانون العمل ١٤/٢٠٢٥، مُودَع لدى مكتب العمل المصري وفقاً للمادة ٣٠
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — for EU/UK clients, including Standard Contractual Clausesاتفاقية معالجة البيانات (DPA) — للعملاء الأوروبيين/البريطانيين، تشمل البنود التعاقدية القياسية

Probation-Period Replacement: If the employee does not meet the agreed performance expectations during the statutory probation period, WEM will provide a replacement at no additional WEM service fee, subject to the applicable employment terms and Egyptian Labour Law. الاستبدال خلال فترة الاختبار: إذا لم يستوفِ الموظف توقعات الأداء المتفق عليها خلال فترة الاختبار القانونية، تقدّم WEM بديلاً دون رسوم خدمة إضافية من WEM، وفقاً لشروط التوظيف المعمول بها وقانون العمل المصري.

Your employee begins work from WEM's managed Cairo workspace. You receive a real-time onboarding report. From this day forward, WEM handles all employment operations: يبدأ موظفك العمل من المكتب المُدار في القاهرة التابع لـ WEM. تستلم تقرير إلحاق فوري. من هذا اليوم، تتولّى WEM جميع عمليات التوظيف:

• Day 1 of each month: Payroll processed and disbursedاليوم ١ من كل شهر: معالجة الرواتب وصرفها
• Day 7: Net salaries credited to employee bank accountsاليوم ٧: صافي الرواتب يُودَع في حسابات الموظفين البنكية
• Day 15: Income tax (ETA) and social insurance (NOSI) filings submittedاليوم ١٥: تقديم إقرارات ضريبة الدخل (ETA) والتأمينات الاجتماعية (NOSI)
• Day 25: Invoice issued to client for following monthاليوم ٢٥: إصدار الفاتورة للعميل عن الشهر التالي
• Last business day: Monthly operational report delivered to clientآخر يوم عمل: تسليم التقرير التشغيلي الشهري للعميل

Every quarter, WEM's managing partner conducts a structured review with you, covering: كل ربع سنة، يُجري الشريك المُدير في WEM مراجعة منظّمة معك، تشمل:

• Employee performance feedback (you assess, we facilitate)تقييم أداء الموظفين (أنت تقيّم، نحن نُسهّل)
• Compensation review (market benchmark vs. current)مراجعة التعويضات (المعيار السوقي مقارنةً بالحالي)
• Compliance regulatory updates impacting your engagementتحديثات الامتثال التنظيمية المؤثّرة على تعاقدك
• Operational adjustments (workspace, equipment, scope changes)التعديلات التشغيلية (المكتب، الأجهزة، تغييرات النطاق)

When an engagement ends — whether at your request, the employee's resignation, or for cause — WEM handles termination in accordance with the Labour Law: عند انتهاء التعاقد — سواء بناءً على طلبك، أو استقالة الموظف، أو لسبب جسيم — تتولّى WEM الإنهاء وفقاً لقانون العمل:

• Management of the applicable statutory notice periodإدارة فترة الإخطار القانونية المطبقة
• Final settlement on exit: unpaid wages, accrued leave payout, notice or pay in lieu, and any statutory termination compensationالتسوية النهائية عند الخروج: الأجور المستحقة، ومقابل رصيد الإجازات، والإخطار أو مقابله، وأي تعويض قانوني عن الإنهاء
• Unused leave cash-out at most recent gross salaryتسوية الإجازات غير المستخدمة بآخر أجر إجمالي
• Tax & social insurance final filingsالإقرارات الضريبية والتأمينية النهائية
• Asset return: laptop, access credentials, IP materialsإعادة الأصول: الحاسوب المحمول، بيانات الاعتماد، مواد الملكية الفكرية
• Exit interview report shared with clientتقرير مقابلة الخروج مُشارَك مع العميل
